If you place an order before 5 p.m., we will ship the order the same day. You would have the brackets in your home the next day, but of course we have no influence on the transportation, in practice it is sometimes up to 6 working days.
Exchanging an item for a different size counts as a new order. You return your old order and submit your new order.
If you wish to exchange the item due to an error on our part, the shipping costs will of course be at our expense.
When returning a shipment, the shipping costs are for your account, the amount you will be refunded is then minus our shipping costs.
